$50.000 a week selling farts in a jar

‘90 Day Fiancé’ star started a new business

After revealing that she earns more than $50,000 a week by selling her flatulence to strangers, a reality TV star made a fuss on social media in a video that reached 6.6 million views.

“I thought farts were super niche, but also something fun, quirky and different”, Stephanie Matto, 31, claimed, who rose to fame after appearing on the reality show “90 Day Fiancé,” and she has since launched her own YouTube channel, written books, and even launched her own X-rated subscription site, Unfiltrd.

“Working on my own adult-friendly platform these past few months has made me very aware of the different types of niches and markets that are out there”, Matto explained. “Over the years, I’ve gotten a few messages from men and women wanting to buy my worn bras, panties, hair, bathwater, etc”.

Since she thought it’d have been a great publicity ploy that would attract a lot of people’s attention, the influencer finally turned to sell her farts on the platform.

The girl says in a recent video, with nearly 20,000 views, that she made about $50,000 in one week from her farts. Furthermore, Matto claims that her Unfiltrd inbox is flooded every day with individuals wanting to purchase jars and that videos of the entire production process.

In a recent clip, she also depicts how she prepares for farts by eating beans, a protein muffin, a yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and sometimes a protein shake, the ideal meal for the best gas, according to her.

Contrary to expectations, she fills the jar with flower petals, which she says absorb the smell and make it last longer, despite she does not actually show how she fills the jars, with a great disappointment of her fans.

She sold the batch seen in the video for $1,000 each jar, including a custom note from her.

Naturally, selling farts would entice some ill-intentioned to come out but Matto, on the other hand, argues that her target market consists primarily of people who enjoy collecting oddities.

Apart from that, the TV star has had stalkers in the past, some of whom even discovered her “address”, pushing her to take precautions such as keeping bear spray on hand and having an attack dog on standby. In addition, she even claims to be considering obtaining a firearms license.

“I think I’ve really tapped into a huge market, and there seems to be endless potential”, Matto said. “I am grateful that I am able to entertain, spark debates and discussions, and open people’s eyes to different ways of life”.
